In 2022, Women in Technology (WIT) celebrated its 30th year anniversary. I had the responsibility of creating and executing a campaign that would highlight WIT's three decades of unwavering commitment to building the next generation of female leaders in STEAM.
One of the most powerful tools we used was our slogan, "Celebrating 30 Years of Women in STEAM." This tagline perfectly encapsulated our mission and showcased the strength and diversity of our community. It was the cornerstone of our campaign efforts and helped inspire the next generation of female leaders in STEAM.
To get our message across, we used a variety of channels including blog posts, email newsletters, and social media. We created engaging content that highlighted our accomplishments and showcased the talented women in our community. By using different channels, we were able to reach a wider audience and connect with more people who shared our passion for promoting gender equality in STEAM.
One of the most impactful parts of our campaign was the series of events we organized. We brought together prominent female leaders in STEAM who shared their experiences and provided mentorship to aspiring female leaders. These events provided a platform for women to connect with each other, share their stories, and find inspiration to pursue their dreams.
