WIT Brand Design

Women In Technology, with a history stretching all the way back to 1992, had already made a big impact on the world.

Their signature colors of pink, blue, and purple were instantly recognizable and beloved. My goal was to create an updated visual identity system that perfectly captured the essence of the brand, while still staying true to its roots. Think of it like building a bridge between the past and the future - a bridge that would help Women In Technology to continue growing and thriving in the years to come.

So I rolled up my sleeves and got to work, exploring new color palettes and design elements that would give Women In Technology the modern twist it needed to stand out in a crowded market. The result was a visual identity system that was both classic and cutting-edge, capturing the essence of Women In Technology's past while boldly looking to the future.

Fonts + Color Scheme

To elevate the Women In Technology brand, I knew we needed to expand our design palette beyond the traditional pink, blue, and purple. That's why I introduced new shades of blue and purple that perfectly complemented our existing colors while adding a fresh and contemporary feel to our branding.

With these new colors, we were able to create a more versatile and dynamic design system that could be applied across a wide range of platforms, from social media to event branding and beyond. Whether we were creating graphics for our latest WIT Forum or designing beautiful swag for our community members, these new shades of blue and purple added a touch of elegance and sophistication that perfectly captured the essence of the Women In Technology brand.

Visuals

At Women In Technology, their community is at the heart of everything they do. It was my top priority to ensure that this community spirit was reflected in every aspect of our branding. To achieve this, I collaborated closely with our event photographer to capture the perfect moments that truly showcased the magic of the WIT community.

Using these photos as a focal point, I set to work creating a range of visual assets that truly brought our community to life. From eye-catching social media graphics to beautiful brochures and marketing materials, each asset designed was infused with the energy, passion, and spirit of the WIT community.
