You can find an app for just about anything nowadays. A 2016 article at Business of Apps states that the App Store adds approximately 1,000 new apps per day, while Google Play adds about 1,300 new apps per day. From simple graphic design to complex video editing and even task management, finding the ideal apps that work for your daily routine can be a daunting task.
Marketing is an art that requires the right tools to get it done. You’ll need more than just a pen and paper if you want your ideas translated into reality, so I've put together an app this list for those who are looking to get organized + automate their daily routine.
Here are the 3 apps I use daily as a digital marketer:
Fantastical
Don't scramble to find another Zoom link ever again. Fantastical has been one of the best-integrated calendar apps I've used. If you're like me, with multiple calendars in GSuite + Office, you'll love being able to use Fantastical to keep everything in one place.
Google Workspace
GSuite, now known as, Google Workspace runs my entire life (no-joke). I started in 2018 using Google Drive + Apps as the main cloud storage and file share platform for my clients. I’ve always recommended GSuite for small businesses due to its massive capabilities, ease of use, and integration options. I have seven GSuite apps that I swear by when it comes to my daily organization.
Google Drive - Storage + File Sharing
Google Photos - Image + Video Storage
Google Sheets - Social Media Calendar + Reporting
Google Docs - Meeting Notes + Planning
Google Chrome - Web Browsers
Google Calendar - Meetings
Canva
I’ve been a Canva Creative since 2016! To think of everything I’ve created in Canva is insane. Logo and brand assets, vegan cookbooks and business cards, and even shopping bag mock-ups can be found all within my Canva cloud. I have opened Canva every single day that I’ve worked in marketing.
