The Notary Business Center was created to provide in-person support and resources for our notary students to start and maintain their businesses. This coworking space located in Chester, VA would serve as a hub for networking and education.
To ensure that the branding for The Notary Business Center remained consistent and recognizable, I created a logo that used the same brand fonts and color scheme as Notary2Notary. This approach made the logo easily recognizable and identifiable as belonging to the Notary2Notary brand, which was especially important for students and other stakeholders who were familiar with the brand and its offerings.
By keeping the branding aligned with the established Notary2Notary brand, we were able to reinforce the brand identity and values, while also creating a cohesive visual language that could be used across different marketing channels and materials.
We implemented CoWorks as our go-to community coworking management software. In my capacity as the project leader, I spearheaded the integration process, ensuring a seamless transition for all our staff and members.
To further optimize the integration process, I developed an online campaign that effectively highlighted the benefits and features of CoWorks. This involved creating engaging content, such as tutorials and demos, to educate and inform our community members about the software's functionality.
“We’ve been seeing a warm welcome, not only from the community but also from our students,” Terry said about the move. “Everyone we trained across the country is like: ‘Oh my god, we want one in our city!” Read more from Richmond BizSense.
